BRUCE B. McINTOSH:
Mr. McIntosh received his Bachelors of Arts from Denison University and his Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University Law School. He is admitted to all State and Federal trial and appellate courts in the State of Ohio and is a member of the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
In addition to his extensive experience in civil litigation, he has lectured on trial practice, labor and insurance law at Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law, University of Cincinnati College of Law as well as in continuing legal education seminars for both the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Association.

MICHAEL TODD McINTOSH:
Mr. McIntosh received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati with majors in Philosophy and Communicative Arts. He received is Juris Doctor Degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law wherein he participated as a Board Member of the Law Review and received awards for excellence in both Trial Advocacy and Bankruptcy law. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal trial and appellate courts in Ohio.
Mr. McIntosh served as a Magistrate for the Hamilton County Probate Court for over 5 years and has served as a guest lecturer at the Cincinnati Police Academy. He served as the president for the Cincinnati Dockers, Australian rules football club. Mr. McIntosh is also a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio and American Bar Associations. He is a member of the Hamilton County Republican Party Leadership Committee and serves as a volunteer lawyer through Legal Aid of Cincinnati.
His principal fields of endeavor with McIntosh & McIntosh are Probate and estate planning, corporate law, business planning, criminal and civil litigation with particular concentration in the fields of personal and property injury, construction, broker/dealer claims and contractual issues.
A. BRIAN McINTOSH:
Mr. McIntosh was admitted to the practice of law and the Ohio State Bar in 1996. He received his Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati, and a Masters Degree in Labor Employment Relations, with honors, from the University of Cincinnati. He later received his Juris Doctor degree from the Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Highland Heights Kentucky. He is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio, Kentucky and Federal Bar Associations. He is also licensed to practice in the Federal Southern District of Ohio, U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
In addition to his practice in the civil and criminal fields of law Mr. McIntosh is a licensed Financial Advisor and Registered Representative for a national private brokerage firm. He holds his Series 7 and Series 66. Recently Mr. McIntosh was appointed by the Federal District Court to serve as a Special Master assisting the Court with the abundance of foreclosures filed in recent years. Mr. McIntosh has been certified by both the City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County as a mediation specialist and has worked with both the City and the County in the Private Complaint Mediation Service and as Court Appointed Mediator for the Common Pleas Court of Hamilton County; he has served as board chair and permanent panel member for the Ford Motor Company Dispute Settlement Board and as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau. Mr. McIntosh is also currently appointed to the N.A.S.D., National Association of Securities Dealers,
board of arbitrators.
